[Quality]

Specify the quality the image will be saved in from a range of 0 to 10. A smaller number means a higher compression rate and a smaller file size but poorer quality.

[Save as Progressive JPEG]

Choose whether to save the image in the Progressive JPEG format or not. Progressive JPEG is an image format often use on the Internet. A rough image will gradually become sharp as the image is downloaded.
